Bishop Connolly helps its athletes reach their fitness goals through discipline, tenacity and commitment to achieving their own personal bests.
Bishop Connolly’s Fitness Center is outfitted with all-new, high-performance cardio and strength training equipment to bring out the best in every BCHS athlete. Students are taught the proper use of equipment and techniques for achieving optimal health and fitness. All students are welcome at the Center.
