An annual tradition, the Junior Ring Mass marks a rite of passage familiar to us all: class rings. School chaplain, Fr. Micahel Ciryak, assisted by Campus Minister, Rev. Mr. Anthony Cipriano, celebrated Holy Mass in Pius X Chapel before the assembled Junior class, parents, faculty and friends. Reminding everyone of the significance of a ring to bind and commit, Fr. Ciryak used the occasion to challenge students to renew their commitment to their studies, their school and their families.

President Robert Morissette and class advisor Mrs. Yvonne Shireman distributed both class rings and rosary rings to the Junior class. Fr. Ciryak blessed both sets of rings. Principal Michael Scalan offered congratulations to the Class of 2009 on reaching yet another milestone in their academic career. A reception was held following the Mass and ring ceremony.
